        Too bad there isn't an option of less than a star. I had a scheduled appointment with tony Stein (first time client).There was a storms the night before and a lot of Gleneida Ave lost power. Little did I know due to the fact that I live out of state, however you would think the man would have he decency and professionalism to call me and give me a heads up that we would need to reschedule. I can only imagine they are as stuck in the times as the rest of Carmel NY and the man doesn't have a cell phone or a laptop he brings to and from work with his client info. Needless to say, They lost my  business.
