        my husband and I had an appointment today to get our taxes done. it was at 10am. we waited and waited and waited and eventually I had to call. I was then told that the person who was supposed to come in was unable to almost 30 minutes after the time we were supposed to be seen and we had to be rescheduled. they asked if I can come back at 2, but I have work and it would run into that. I expressed to them that this was an inconvenience and we would have appreciated if someone would have let us know so we weren't just sitting outside of a closed office for over 25-30 minutes. we got no apology, but a bunch of "mhm" like they didn't seem to care about anything I was saying and just wanted me off the phone. Had I not wanted to make sure I had professional eyes when helping me file my taxes, I would have just done it through turbotax and called it a day. I rescheduled for tomorrow, really hope someone will actually be there and this will not be a repeat.
