I was so very grateful to be taken in on an emergency when my own dentist could not fit me in. The staff was very supportive and polite, and the office ran like a well-oiled machine.

I have repeatedly requested contact to correct pressure sore problems with replacement dentures. This has been an 'on going' situation since September 2023. I have requested "call backs" which have not happened. I am unable to wear the lower denture plate as it causes pressure sores after one meal. The problem has not been the lab people. The problem has been getting the office people to understand I am in need of intervention that happpens in less than a week or ten days. Telling me to seek emergency/urgent care is not helping me in a timely manner .
