        Christopher did a phenomenal job! He definitely knew what he was talking about and was very friendly. He was helpful during the entire process of buying a new mattress and had us try a ton of different options! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new bed to go see Christopher!

        So I have to follow up my great review with a very disappointing review. Our mattresses were delivered. we purchased a Split King adjustable bed frame. We purchased 2 different TWIN XL mattresses. Upon delivery we noticed the two mattresses are two different heights As Lisa was off Monday and Tuesday we had to wait to discuss when she returned back. The mattress was not used not touched and not slept on. Lisa, says we cannot return and exchange without losing the difference between the 2 mattresses. The bed cannot be slept in the way it is as the mattresses are almost 2 inches in difference in height. I do not find this acceptable and am very disappointed.Talked with management team only solution is to exchange mattress with waived charges, a mattress riser from amazon, exchange more expensive mattress with less expensive mattress and we absorb the price difference (1600). Just make sure you ask questions and do research if you purchase 2 different mattresses.
