Joe and his crew are very responsive, respectful, and excellent quality. He tore off an existing enclosed porch that was falling apart, rebuilt everything (minus the roof) and I can't express how happy we are. Well structured and everything we wanted. Strongly recommend

Poor sloppy work and finishing. Caused much water damage, never repaired or compensated. Would never ever use again or recommend. The 'helper' never turned the water off in either bathroom, basement was flooded until the water was turned off. Service: Remodeling

We hired this contractor and he left us with a leak in our new shower. He knows where the leak is according to him, but refuses to fix it. Would not recommend him. We now have a destroyed bathroom instead of a new one. Ill add some photos for Joes claim "he did what he was supposed to" . These are from the removal and show the lack of studs and mortar. He used spray foam under the base of the shower rather than mortar ( and just in the corner, not the whole base ) like it states in the instructions which in turn caused the base to crack and leak, not to mention he installed the drain gasket upside down. There are supposed to be studs every 6 inches along the shower walls, there were 4, 2 of which were touching the shower walls so they were not supported. No wonder why it leaked. I wish I took pictures of the sub-floor he put down. It looked like a 3rd grader cut it with a butter knife. Installed wrong from top to bottom then blames everyone but his own incompetency. Not sure how he won in court, but apparently lies are better than facts.
