Flowers Down Under

Beautiful Easter centerpiece!

Called from out of state to get some flowers delivered to my grandmother. The lady on the phone was amazing and the flowers were delivered the same day!! My grandmother is moving slow and wasnt sure if she'd get to the door so I even provided my Aunt's phone numbers and was told they would do everything they could to get my grandmother her flowers. WONDERFUL SERVICE AND BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS!!

Previously received very nice arrangements. But this time for my Mothers funeral I am very disappointed. Spoke on the phone, explained what I wanted and discussed a price. What was delivered is not what I ordered. The ribbon saying Grandma was missing. I called her, asked for her to bring it, she was rude and hung up on me. She did bring it by shortly there after but there was no reason to hang up. She said she didn't write down my order, that's why it wasn't included. Also I ordered the Mother arrangement to be something to put the ashes in, what we received was an arrangement in a glass bowl. So we had nothing to use for the ashes. And the charge I see on my credit card is more than we discussed. I had given her permission to go over if needed. But what we received does not warrant more of a charge. Most of the flowers were wilted upon arrival. We had received an arrangement from her 2 days prior that someone else ordered. While it was nicely done, the flowers were wilted upon arrival and I had to replace them myself for the services. When she delivered that she went to the wrong house and was heard cursing in their driveway. Very unprofessional and the quality of work is not what I received in the past and not what I expected.

Great service!  When I explained that my Mother's birthday snuck up on me, she took my order even though they were closed that day.  She helped brighten my mothers day!  The flowers were beautiful.
