        Had to bring my 4 year old in, for a long hearing test! The entire office from the moment we walked in were wonderful. They even turned on cartoons in the waiting room for him while we waited. Everyone was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!

        I had put off having my hearing tested because I suspected that I had hearing loss but didn't want to get hit up to buy expensive hearing aids. But my experience was all positive. Everyone from the front desk to the practitioner were so friendly, helpful and courteous. And understanding. The testing went smoothly. And I got no sales pitch. I'm glad I know exactly what's happening with my hearing, and that I can get the care I need.

        Dr. Brena Brennan was wonderful! She was patient with my all of my questions, very clear to understand and very informative as well as being kind. She clearly loves her profession and people. I highly recommend her! I went to another place also in Camillus 4 years ago and I'm glad I made the switch and consider her my hearing audiologist from now on. I also love this place is women owned and run. (Men are good too, just need a bit more of this in the world.)
