        They do not communicate you and you wait hours for them to show up. They do not call you so you are trapped in your house.They cannot seem to comprehend that other people are busy, too. They give you no real appointment. If you do not have all day to sit and wait for them to dignify you with a phone call then find another company. It is probably easier to drill the well yourself than deal with them.

        Paid an exorbitant amount of money for a well foe our geothermal. Have had reliability issues, has a 5K tune up last year and it stopped working again this summer . When I asked for a service call they said they cant tell me the next time they will be in the area. Going on 2 weeks without service still No idea when someone can have a look. Girls who field calls are nice, but no one cares. They take the money for the job and youre left without any support if it breaks down ( it will!) . Would NOT use again! Beware Service: Coring & monitoring wells
