When I listed my house for sale I met with many different realtors. They all had ideas and a price we should list at. I was all set to sign with a realtor, then I met Stephan. We walked the property spent a few minutes chatting and he said OK - we need to do the following slight updates to the property, list ASAP and we can get into contact with a buyer. Then he mentioned we should list the property at x. I was shocked and said isnt that a bit high? The price was $150K higher than any of the other realtors. I said ok lets see what happens. Fast forward three weeks once all of the upgrades were completed and the many many many calls, texts, and emails I send Stephan throughout the process. All of which were answered immediately! Evenings, weekends, early morning, etc. I was amazed on how responsive he was. Always providing advice and sincere answers to my questions. The listing went live and we had offers on the table within hours! The house sold for more than asking. Unfortunately, we had an issue with one of the buyers and the deal fell through. Stephan assured me over many emails and calls that we will get it sold with the backup offer. His calming demeanor and straightforward attitude was reassuring and we sold the house above asking! Bottom line a year later, I am in the market as a buyer this time. My fist call was to Steve! Again, I cant say enough about how responsive, straightforward, and knowledgeable he his.
