Julie is good but omg this office is so disorganized and terrible. I called for a sick visit to get testing for influenza. I let them know I wanted to get treatment immediately. They scheduled me for their last appointment of the day and I waited all day just to find out that they dont have rapid tests and if I even want results before Monday I need to go to urgent care. Why they wouldnt tell me this when I called to make the appointment is beyond me. So frustrated and disappointed. Would have gone to urgent care 8 hours ago.

These guys are money-grubbing scumbags that hold my maintenance meds hostage and force me to get appointments before they'll fill them putting my life at risk. They don't care about people at all just about how much money they can get from your insurance. Changing my PCP as soon as possible!

What a rag tag bunch of receptionists they have there. I imagine the P.A's say the same. Rather go to a crummy walk-in clinic.
