        Called ahead to see if they could do NYS inspections. They said it was first come first serve, as of 8:30a. I got there right on time and they said I was too late. Incredibly rude. Dont trust them with your vehicle.

        My truck was overdue for an inspection and I called Mountain View,they had great reviews and I can see why,Gene told me they do inspections 8-8:30 am.First come,first served. He Inspected my truck and I was on my way before 8:30,Very professional and trustworthy! Service: Vehicle Inspection

        Failed me on inspection for 'seized' emergency brake. Tried to get me to come in at a later date to 'fix problem'. Went directly to Mavis to get second opinion. They determined emergency brake was completely fine!!! When I called to let MT know, the owner became defensive, rude and nasty. This is NO way to talk to a customer. Bottom line: $21 ripped off and would've been more if I fell for the "we can fix it" line of BS. STAY AWAY!!!

      Nope, not close to the truth. You got there at almost 9 am, and I only do inspections for non customers from 8-8:30 am and you WERE told that on the phone. Sorry if I can't change MY schedule to suit you but go somewhere else. I don't need 1 star reviews from folks who want the world to change for them. Have a nice day Brandon.

      Your parking brake did not hold per DMV regulations. Mavis for a second opinion? The franchise that passed the Limo that subsequently killed 20 people? Yeah they're experts......why didn't you have them inspect it and pass it? And I was NOT rude to you.......sorry that you didn't get the answer you wanted. If your car is safe it passes, if not it fails. Not my rules but NYS DMV laws. Oh and I didn't say your parking brake was seized.......I said it doesn't hold car from moving.
