Nice store but staff always seems super judgmental and makes u feel uncomfy. Not everyone but a few including who Im pretty sure is the store manager. something off in the environment, Ive worked retail for a long time, I can usually tell. Staff pushes you not to take store credit when doing returns and pick a substitute before you do the return instead. Just weird, Ive never experienced that anywhere before, got heavily stared at by multiple employees across the store as I was shopping too, dont know why. Energy is just off here, good selection though, lol.

Staff treated me unfairly. Bought the 7 undies for $30 online. Show up to the store for pickup, turns out they didnt have 2 of the colors I picked so they gave me 5 undies for the same sale price. I wanted 7, I paid for 7. They tried to shoo me out of the store with only 5. Both managers looked extremely bothered by me wanting to pick out two more pairs that I paid for. One of them spoke about how ridiculous my order was to the cashier. Giving two stars because aerie has great quality, but this store in particular has miserable staff.
