DIY Marketing with ARBA

I was a guest presenter for the November 29th Visiondoers business networking event. Truly appreciated the free and broad scope of the digital marketing that Arba provided marketing my presentation. The funny thing is someone that I know professionally texted me to show me the ad which I hadn't even seen yet! That tells you Arba knows her trade!! I truly enjoyed the engagement of the participants and was pleased to have a facilitator who understood what it meant to facilitate a networking event. Great connections made that evening and leads received for free!!

Training-Managing Your Online Reputation I enjoyed most the information on how to handle bad reviews by giving a positive response. The training help me to understand how important views were. Also that reviews are the first thing they check before purchasing a product. Very informative. I will definitely recommend the training to others because a lot of business need to understand the importance of monitoring and managing your reviews.

I attended the Zoom workshop. I learned the use of the white board, how to link a copy, paste, as well as a clear simple way of sending out request for attendees to attend zoom meetings. I also learned how to set up the meeting entrance so attendees can come in and if I wanted them to wait in the "waiting room." I also learned how to raise my hand, and send messages of approval to what was said. She identified many things I never thought to ask during her presentation and our hands on practicum. The hands on practicum was wonderful to reinforce what was covered. The teaching style of the teacher made it easy to ask questions and to get answers. She was well prepared for the zoom class.

I attended the Google Sheets workshop with Arba. After an introduction to Sheets, we input a set of data an completed various functions.I used the skils learned to create a spread sheet for volunteer work at a community based center on my own.I find that Arba is very knowledge in her field. She breaks down the "tech" stuff so that Its understandable and she addressed questions I had with my persona is discussionltasks. The class is discussions, shared experiences and hands on and fun!

I participated in Arbas training about Logo Designs. What I liked most is the examples to give a visual of what was being taught and quality questions from others. The training will help me creating my ideal logo that will effectively represent my business. I recommend attending Arbas training because there is always good takeaways that you can apply immediately and you leave with new business tools that you can have for valuable resources.
