Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center

The Buffalo Hearing and Speach Center in Niagara Falls is a very professional and clean office. The Doctors and staff took good care of my concerns and addressed all my issues with direct and positive answers. I would greatly recommend them to any one with hearing problems, or just to get evaluated for personal concerns. Again thank you for a job WELL DONE! Bob

First of all, I want to say the entire staff is friendly and very accommodating. Certainly a very comfortable atmosphere with good compassionate people that give you the time and listen to your needs. From Patty greeting you when you come in, to my audiologist Doctor Averill Paes. I would definitely recommend Buffalo Hearing and Speech center to anyone who is having a hearing or speech issue. Deaf disabled elderly sister was promised new hearing aids in 2024 after waiting 4 yrs. She was denied today. Her current hearing aids are of that from the 1970s- 1980s. Expensive batteries,large germ collection, ECT. Sending a pic. Shameful buffalo hearing and speech of New York State. Stealing money from tax payers..SEE THE MEDICAID BOOKS!. Demand the #'s.

They have the best mission statement listed on the wall here and are very kind nonjudgmental and courteous. The doctors here especially Averil Really Care about making progress with my hearing and refer to whom is best for further assistance in my health care and hearing. I will be back. Thx for all team efforts to help me be more successful to hear clearly while I am at my professional affiliations, so which also help others in healthcare.
