Never again will I buy from this store. I went in knowing exactly what size and shoe I wanted. I asked for them I got them and paid for them. Me thinking everything should be good, I didnt look in the box and walked out with the sneakers. It not until I put them on the next day that I notice One sneaker was pure white, and the other sneaker was whitish/yellow. I come back to return them, or at least to get the correct color to match the pure white sneaker, and they tell me because the bottom of the shoe is scuff I cannot return them.

Customer service skills are TRASH! Might as well be in the middle of the hood. In fact I could probably get better customer service there. WHY? We selected 3 different pairs of shoes. We carried the boxes around the men's section looking for a baby blue hoodie. An employee approaches me he needed to take those boxes behind the register. I said "I get it so it can make you feel COMFORTABLE". We had no interest in stealing but whatever. I truly do not care if this is a store policy. Speaking to your customers outside of that SHOULD AS WELL. But clearly isn't. Spent over $500 in cash on garbage anyways. The cashier had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to donate. No!! And how was the customer service in the store on the keypad. I entered 0 bc I had to chase employees for shoes 3 different times. While other employees couldn't even make eye contact like they didn't want to be there more than ME! I won't come back even if the shoes or clothes do NOT fit. I rather give them away to GOODWILL or sell on FB marketplace then go back to to store for a refund.
