Wonderful experience here. I had many packages delivered and the front desk worked super hard to make sure they were always received successfully. Sometimes they even called me individually to let me know an important item had arrived. 5 stars - great storage facility.

I have never rented a unit here. 90% of Melissa Virella's reviews are fake and done by family or friends! She may get the job done but it's because she has her fiends/crack heads doing her job while she sleeps and does NOTHING! Melissa will sit behind desk and do NOTHING but computer work or SLEEP while she is there! I know because I have enabled it!

I have made a post giving 5 s. I would like to resend that and state I HAVE NEVER RENTED a space here! 90% of Melissa Virella's reviews are done by family friends or the addicts she deals drugs to. Most days you can find Melissa behind the desk sleeping (yes she will cover up and prop her legs/self and go to sleep) eating or watching movies/shows on her phone and makes anyone else do the job of opening garage doors, refilling toilet paper, cleaning out expired units, counting of inventory or general cleaning of the building! WATCH THE CAMERAS!

Ever since the change from Extra Space Storage to Life Storage, this place has gone absolutely down hill. Since November 2022, lights have not been working in front of the unit. Notified front desk on multiple occasions, it is now June 2023 and it's still not fixed. Called the 800 (Buffalo, NY) number for assistance. Totally useless representatives, who do not know anything and they need to contact the main location. I've been calling the main location number myself, nobody ever answers. Time to take my business elsewhere because Life Storage is bad business.

Great place! Manger was super friendly and straightforward. She was the able to answer all my questions and made it an overall great experience!
