Carol was very helpful in selecting a viable ID card design for our department. The design came out exceptionally outstanding and in a very timely (less than 2 days) turn around from final order to receiving our officers' IDs in the mail. Our organization has been customers of Linstar for over 15 years. The quality of there products are top of the line. We have had very little trouble with our equipment through the years, but when we do, it is very easy to have issues resolved through our personally assign District Sales Manager, Renee Carmen. Renee is always reachable, very responsive and always attends to our needs in a timely manner. You just can't do better than this company.
