Just went to my Grandson's 4th grade Band Concert 5th -7th followed! They did amazing for 1st 1/2 year of band!

Clearly cant get a handle on a bullying by not only the students, but teachers. Little kids making fun of a student over the death of a parent, appearance, kids who have special needs. A teacher openly made a mean comment about my step daughter and when it was brought to the principal they investigated it and even though 5 other students corroborated the story, they still told us that this was never said. Students constantly putting their hands on other students and NO corrective action gets taken. They may want to rethink the zero tolerance policy they have in place, because it is NOT WORKING. Several parents have pulled their children from this school due to bullying. I would NOT recommend sending your child here unless you want them to have emotional damage from never ending bullying.

I do not recommend for anyone to put their child in this school, they have a bad history with bullies, I decided to put my son here since it was a "charter school" and him being in school for 3 days he got assaulted by a student, my son came home bleeding and bruised we had to go to the ER he had a concussion, and the bully was untouched, they continued to have him in the school. They don't do anything about the situation. Next step is for me to call channel 2 news and be a voice for other students that get bullied and nothing gets done. They need to do more to keep students safe.

Very good school only problem/ the gym teach Mrs. Nowak is very rude and needs to stop getting in kids faces

Everyone is nice. My granddaughters love going there. Always clean.
