        You do not want to work at this company. They will dangle the carrot so to speak in your face until you finally realize what's going on and find a better job. You cannot build a career here it may be a good stepping stone for the time being but the turnover rate at this location due to the employment and the factors of the work is not worth the minimal pay that you receive.
