People who have commented that the curriculum at this school is sub par do not know what they are talking about. As a public school teacher, their curriculum is absolutely aligned to New York State Standards. High School was easy for my oldest child because of the rigor that St. Greg's offers. Foreign Language is offered beginning in 5th grade including Latin and Chinese (as an enrichment). There is no comparison for the community of families that are a part of the school. My husband and I are faithful people who attend church each week and the faith formation and Catholic teaching that our children receive is impressive. We have four children who currently attend and I am happy to make the sacrifices that I do for them to attend this school. I didn't even mention how they handled education during a pandemic- our children were all in person for the 20-21 school year (with the exception of the November lockdown). It is unprecedented how they handled remote learning and the steps they took to assure kids were in person 5 days a week. You can't say this about most of the local school districts in the area.

I agree with the other posters. Administration is unprofessional. Discipline is ignored. Your children are not safe here. Curriculum under new principal is sub par compared to the public schools. Save your money or find a different catholic school. This admin is Catholic hypocrisy at its finest.

Send your children somewhere else. The new curriculum the new principal introduced is far behind the public schools in the district. And if you are looking for a place with true Catholic values, this is not it. They do not live by the teachings of Jesus. The principal is unprofessional and incapable of leading the school. Save your money.
