        I had an appointment today and the office was filthy. The provider should be appalled by the way it looked and how stale it felt there. When I finally saw the provider after a 45 minute wait, he did not wash his hands when entering the room. I took my shoes off to show him my issue and he did not even touch my feet. I paid $60 copay and my issue was not even addressed. I called and complained because I was so disappointed in the treatment and asked for my money back. I was told that they would look into it. I would never tell anyone to go to this office nor see Dr. Rosena.
