Absolutely awesome experience with Mike. Older laptop was slowing down, let me know the chip was still very good but updated SSD and HDD to 2TB each and RAM to 16GB. Laptop runs better than when it was new and Mike assisted with some quirky driver updates after the fact. This gentleman is a class act and runs a great business! Highly recommended!

I called Mike Hi Tech on 3/19/24. We had an appointment for 3/20/24 at 11:00 am. Mike was prompt, professional, courteous, and he explained what he was doing. I had a tv taken down and new tv installed. I would highly recommend his services and I will be telling my family and friends about his services.

Mike is awesome! Very knowledgeable and able to explain the problems to me without making me feel inferior (which in technology I definitely am!). He always answers in a timely manner and gets the work done faster than estimated which is great when you are running a business! Fair pricing as well. Definitely recommend!

if you live anywhere near here, i 100% recommend you go to him for anything tech related. this was the fastest and most attentive service i have ever received for anything. i dropped off a laptop with screen damage and as i was leaving i could already see him getting to work on the laptop. he responds to emails and texts very quickly and efficiently, and his work was seamless and fast, and very reasonably priced. ive never felt the need to write reviews for anything but this guy for sure deserved a good one.
