First time in NY. The old woman was incredibly rude and acted awful in general. This excuse of a pawn shop is expensive too. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The lady was extremely rude and offered me $125 dollars for my $1600 that I only used like 4 times and its in perfect condition and I said no and didnt offer any higher and put it back in the box and gave it to me . I dont recommend anyone to come here ever .the biggest lowballers there is . Check your options before even thinking this place . And this is an honest review nothing personal or any reason to lie .! This place lacks customers service. I bought a ps5 from here. Went home and the controller was dead. I plugged it in and after an hour I realized it was not gaining any charge. I had it sit all day and through out the night, but still no charge. I called and immediately they got defensive and started telling me they test their items and that the item was just fine before I bought it. As in suggesting that Ive done something to the controller? I absolutely do not recommend this place, they were super stand offish/rude and condescending over the phone, but were so happy to receive my money when I paid for this item in full. In my opinion this place is a huge scam! From looking at other reviews, everyone else seems to think so as well. If I could put 0 stars, I would!
