I wish there were 10 stars to award to Helene and the staff at Frame Up Eyewear! Afraid to choose the wrong pair of frames? Helene is the goddess of glasses. I sat down with her and she immediately knew exactly what would look best on me and meet my specific needs in durability and design. She gave me the answers to questions I had not even thought of and I can tell you I had 100% confidence in her knowledge, and expertise from the moment I sat down with her. Dr Gordon gave a great exam and corrected my previously incorrect prescription. Love my new glasses and am thrilled with my entire experience. I won't go anywhere else, this is the best place!

I was low on contacts and even though it was late in the day I was able to get a same day eye exam with Dr. Gordon. He was very personable and took the time to dot every i and cross every t. The owner is also very amiable and helped out a new area transplant get his bearings around the neighborhood. Definitely found my regular optician.

Visit the store when my glass fell out of the frame during a trip from Nashville to Boston with a stop in Buffalo. They were very kind and fixed it in 5 minutes without charging me anything. Thank you!!

Overall dealing with this store was a  disappointing experience. For the prices of the glasses this is a luxury store and I would expect great service. The store owner is very talented at picking out glasses for customers but the customer service could use work. I was sold a pair of eyeglasses that were discontinued and eventually would not be able to be repaired. I brought the glasses in several times within the year to be repaired because the same piece continued to break. The final time I brought them in she informed me they didn't make them anymore, she continues to tell me the glasses had a one year warranty. The owner only mentioned this to me once the year had passed, even though I had been in several times over the past year. Great product but very disappointing service.
