I have left several messages for them to help me with a problem I was having with a company, they never responded to me or called me back when I asked them to, I wont be bothering them anymore.

Not small business friendly - for a small fee of $50 per month you can have a few stickers and window decals, fake leads and monthly updates about people you do not know. I do not see the value here! In today's social media marketing this is absolutely dated and will not garner you much of anything.

The BBB used to be an advocate for the consumer and help people that are facing unethical and unscrupulous businesses but now they just accredit them and because of the money they are paid side with them. I have been facing an unscrupulous debt collector for months and even though I sent them all the documents including a sworn affidavit they allowed the complaint to be answered even though they know it was wrong. Ashame what the BBB has turned into nowadays to allow business such as resurgent capital to be accredited.

The BBB is total fraud. They so nothing but strong arm a businesses for money. They don't really research companies and their ability do work. They send out fraudulent leads, and "partner up the marketing companies that make promises, take your money and then offer no help when you get no services" They take no responsibilities, but they love to find complaints on your business that are bunk complaints and they profit from it. BBB is a business that charges businesses and never looks out for them. They pressure them to spend money "or" else....
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM, THEY DO NOTHING FOR YOUR BUSINESS. GOOGLE DOES AND GOOGLE IS LEGIT,
BBB IS A JOKE AND A FAILURE.
How do you file a complaint against the BBB? Oh wait you can't. They're the only ones that demand money and then post nonsense about your company on the internet.
