There is no process. You have to somehow figure out that youre supposed to sit near the person who you want to do your nails. Who doesnt do designs. The main lady does designs and has an attitude. Youll never know what is happening unless you push yourself in. Awful service, awful nails, awful place. Find a different place to get your nails done. All of the bad reviews are accurate, dont think maybe itll be different for you. She main lady is only nice to people she knows and who have been going to her for a while. My nails chipped within 2 days and 1 completely came off within 4 days.

Rough customer service, my manicurist was watching a movie on her phone while doing my gelish application. The gel peeled off after a day. :/

Went here for the first time in years, i showed the ladyy design and she said it could be done cool. She starts doing my nails and barely puts glue in the nail and dips the acrylic in the purple solution and ontop of the glue, my nails kept falling as she was doing them. I told her i wanted my nails shorter and she kept fighting with me about how short i wanted them. Then she does what she does in a rush and when shes done tells me to wait for a design. Theres 6 people in front of me and not a single nail tech but 1 is doing designs. Their customer service is trash. The girl who does designs is awsome in doing them but her attitude is also trash. Not surprised they hvnt been shut down yet.
