        The customer service at this bank is outstanding. I previously had accounts with two big, international banks, so I didnt know the difference until I came to M&T about 20 years ago. When you call or go into the branch, genuine human beings actually help you. And theyre friendly! Ive had several types of accounts with this bank and a few times when Ive had questions or needed advice, and theyve never let me down.
