Garbage realtor. Go with him and youre out of your money guaranteed. One of the pushiest and worst realtors Ive dealt with, also his contracts that are drawn are purely in favor of seller. Make sure you read the fine print when dealing with him.

Ive talked to agents before in the hopes of finding a home and nothing ever materialized. Stumble on Mike, get to talking to him, and not only does he take the time to learn of my situation, future plans, and how purchasing a home could benefit or detract from those said plans, he gives me pointers, teaches me a bit about what to look for when purchasing a home, AND he makes a deal happen on a home I loved for less than asking price. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor and will continue to have him by my side when purchasing more homes in the future.
