Receptionist laughed in my face and said "Ha, you're cute" when I asked if they had time for a walk in. I arrived at 3:35 The sign on the door says "Last Walk In 3:45" A simple "No" would have been significantly more professional.

Abysmal, hellish experience. When I made my MRI appointment, I requested sedation. I came an hour early as instructed. On arrival, they told me no doctor was onsite to sedate me. They blamed their answering service, and explicitly told me they often schedule people with sedation on the wrong days. They clearly admitted that there's an issue, and have taken no steps to rectify it. They told me to reschedule, which I could not because I don't have any more sick time. I had no choice but to lie there and cry for half an hour. I bawled my eyes out in the bathroom after, and had to continue to interact with staff while still crying with beet red eyes. It was humiliating. This is a healthcare facility, and most people coming in have serious conditions. Rescheduling would have also put off diagnosis, and with brain trauma time is of the essence. The staff was unapologetic about their egregious error. They clearly have no concern or care for their patients.

Every time Ive come here theyve been wonderful for x-rays MRIs. The staff is really great. I would refer them 100 times over.
