ER staffing is pathetic. The staff that is there shows no sense of urgency. Wait times so long you don't believe they care at all. Seating is awful if you've got a kid there in the middle of the night. Let them lay down if it's going to take several hours. I don't understand how this is managed so poorly.

Took my 8 years old to be evaluated for autism I know my son and its sad when Im telling the doctor how hes had the bad flapping since he was 6 months old and how he had all types of sensory problems and yet he had me take a form to his teacher and went by that not Lito me at all last time I remembered Im the parent whom he lives with and knows all his problems yet they go by someone law opinion not sure what to do next by child needs help.

Excellent service for my daughter who has only come here 2 times since it was built. She was going to the old one off Elmwood and Delaware in Buffalo. Neurologist appointment was amazing. Everyone is A God sent Thank you.

If I could do zero stars I would for neurology. Her name is Chris definitely shouldn't have a job there very disrespectful and when I tried to explain my concerns of my child skipping more school than she needs to I was given a choice whether to do this or I'm canceling your order. You don't know us or what we've been thru for the past year so what gives you the right to treat me like garbage. And furthermore she was diagnosed with ADHD a week after that appointment and if you knew us at all her behaviors were a big concern then. So making sure her meds were gonna work was a little more important because I can't be driving an hour away with a screaming child. So to end this rant you did not need to treat me that way as I was stupid or that I didn't love my daughter enough to make an appointment. I've had better experience but since they hired her it's gone downhill. Please for your special needs children avoid going here at all costs. I can't say it again my recent experience was not a good one. And I hope this helps.
