It was okay. The young nurse who was asking me questions about sexual history was kinda judgmental and I was told they don’t do any hormone tests, they will just prescribe you some birth control to fix whatever problem you may be having. I’ll be going to a different clinic.

Definitely not going back, another bad experience this time with Dr. Sosa. Booked my appointment a month ago, had an exam one week prior of my appointment at WNY MRI, my results sent over to her in order for to read them the day of my appointment. I was called a day prior from someone who was not the receptionist at 520 Delaware but from the call center as I was told afterwards asking me to move my appointment from 1:15 to 1:00 bc Dr Sosa had to leave earlier. I said ok. Next day in the morning I got a confirmation text message for 1:00 pm. I went to my appointment 20 minutes earlier and I was told by the receptionist that Dr. Sosa is not there she has left and will come back at 2:30pm. No other appointments available for that day no other doctors there to see me. I took time off from my work for the appointment and my time is also valuable. The receptionist was looking at me like I was an alien telling me that it’s not her fault and that she is not the one scheduling/confirming the appointments but the ladies from the call center. I emailed them afterwards and no one bother to reply back. I find this behavior disrespectful that’s why I am not planning to come back.

Dr. Kermis,Sosa and Shelia are awesome 👏. However,a manager at the office blocked my Acct. due to financial hardship . I didn’t know it was policy to block an Acct. and refuse to care due to having financial hardship. My Acct was unblocked after I made a payment of 100 and set up an payment plan for the remainder balance.Overall I’m still a patient because I am satisfied with the care that I received from those providers.

Everyone who gave this clinic and Dr Sosa a bad review is 100% true. Do yourselves a favor and avoid seeing her. All the good ratings she has is not worth it and may not even be true. You will NEVER get to see her, she ALWAYS cancels the appointment for her “emergencies” when you are ON THE WAY. Then she won’t turn up on the day you need her the most and hands over your case to anyone else, doesn’t even discuss with you beforehand. She DOES NOT make the slightest effort to support you. The WORST OBGYN AND PRACTICE I saw. They should be out of service. Oh wait, it’s like they already are because they don’t offer you any.
