Most recently, my husband and I bought tickets to the BTPAM is part of our anniversary trip to Buffalo New York. The owner of the museum was very rude to us upon entry, and started directing us where to park in a very unprofessional way. The gentleman was on a golf cart yelling at us.. I am 82 years old and hard of hearing so I could not make clear what he was saying. So he started chasing me and my husbands vehicle with the golf cart acting neurotic screaming on his microphone and using profanity. I finally pulled over and the gentleman continued screaming at my husband and I. I told him we were here from out of town to visit the museum and he changed his tone instantly. Needless to say we did not do the tour as my husband was very shaken that he was chasing us and screaming at us so we decided not to go and gave our tickets to a lovely couple that was walking into the museum who have not purchased tickets yet. She said the same thing happened to her and her son earlier, but they drove from Cleveland and put their pride to the side. Given the fact that the gentleman who owns this place was chasing us and screaming profanity. We did not want to support his tour. We were very shaken and scared and did not know what was happening so my husband and I decided to go to the Mexican restaurant around the corner and enjoy the waterfront instead. maybe one day we will go back, but after what we went through probably not.
