        Alyssa cut my hair. Actually she didn't have time to cut it. She spent 6.5 HOURS putting highlights into my shoulder length brown hair. 6 AND A HALF HOURS. She showed up late, hungover, and was vaping smoke into my hair the whole time. i had to sit in a chair for more than half of my day, pay over $200 for it, and still had to go somewhere else to have them actually cut it. When I reached out to the manager, they never answered. Zero accountability. Ridiculous that it should ever take that long. Would give less than a star if I could.

        I had my hair done by Maya today. The color turned out wonderful and I am very happy about my haircut as always. I have been going here for years, and recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to have their hair done.

        I have seen multiple stylists at arrowhead. Honestly they are the best in buffalo, makes you feel so comfortable and goes above and beyond to make your hair goals a reality. If youre looking for a new salon this is it .
