Charles did a great job renovating our bathroom. He catered to us by making sure our shower was in working condition by the end of the first day on the job so that we didn't have to worry about not being able to use the shower at any point in time. The rest of the job Charles did in a timely and efficient manner and we are very happy with the outcome. We will definitely be using him and his company for future jobs! 3 week job turned into 2 month job still not done yet shower valve fell out of wall, everything was leaking didnt have any PVC cement in the drain Charles installed. Fire hazards in every light, switch he installed. Chard wood from fire he set in bathroom well trying to sweat the copper pipes. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS QUALITY OF WORK. SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR.

Charles did not finish my friends bathroom and left her with a complete disaster. Unsafe electrical work, garbage thrown in between the walls, damaged other property at the house, fully tiled a shower and never connected the drain pipe, cut her wood floor too big for trim to cover, incorrectly measured for quartz and then cut it himself..I could go on and on. Pictures to prove it all. Father of the business promised compensation after seeing the appalling damage his son caused then did not come through with a penny. How can you wake up everyday knowing you did this to a family home with their hard earned money?

Charles has completed several jobs at my parents house and all have been outstanding work! Ranging from installing flooring throughout our kitchen/dining/hallways to a sliding door on the side of our garage, we are impressed every time.
