Did an excellent job installing metal beams in our basement. We discovered the foundation was cracking on the far wall of our basement, and MTL Contracting came onsite to put up some steel beams for reinforcement of the wall. They handled the permit and town regulations for us, so I just watched and waited as they did the work. Would definitely recommend! Service: Interior structural repairs

Our homes are our sanctuaries a place to escape the uncertainty in society and find continual warmth, comfort, and security from the outside world. When the time arrived for a full-scale remodel of our twenty-year-old kitchen, one of the greatest challenges was finding a contractor who understood that a house is just wood and nails, but a home is something much more. Trusting someone to become the steward of our remodel was difficult, especially given the stories you hear and read online regarding unscrupulous contractors whose only interest is making profits, not making homeowners overjoyed with the end results. There were no recommendations to draw from, with no friends or neighbors in our circle having completed such a large-scale remodel. So, we turned to the internet for reviews on contractors in our area, which can sometimes be a gamble but was our only option at the time. MTL Contracting continually rose to the top of the list of the twenty or so companies we pulled together. Once we started engaging with Michael I knew right away that he was the contractor for us. He understood its a huge decision for homeowners to make and wanted us to have all the time we needed. Even before we signed a contract with Michael, he was always available and responsive to my questions regarding our project the logistics, components, and timelines. Michael was incredibly patient, informative, and never once pressured us into signing with his company until it felt right for us. Now that our kitchen project is fully complete, my wife and I couldnt be happier. The project exceeded our expectations, and much of the credit goes to Michael and his team did a fantastic job listening to our needs, making suggestions, and creating a design that, in reality, is truly outstanding. He was always willing to talk through ideas and make changes based on our feedback in order to guarantee we wound up with the kitchen of our dreams. No project is perfect, and there were a few minor issues here and there. But the important thing is how does the contractor remedy those issues, and Michael and his team were always there to rectify the situation immediately in order to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. That alone is the sign of an excellent contractor or business their exceptional customer service. I assure you that you will not be disappointed using MTL Contracting for your next renovation project as a trusted steward of your home.
