I gave my son my credit card to buy some food and I watched him. The employee had asked my son how many pieces of chicken he wants. My son didnt understand his mumbling and asked two times politely to repeat. But during the second repetition, the employee said it a bit louder and angrier that my son said scared and made him a little nervous. Lastly, once my son received his food and walked away, the same employee proceeded to bang his head on the counter and say I hate this job. I usually have a high tolerance for people and I understand hating a low-paying job, but there was absolutely no need to shout at a kid for not being able to understand something. Ridiculous, seriously.

they stand around making jokes and laughing while people are waiting to order. They also got my order wrong and it took 10 minutes. They were very unprofessional.

This place is horrible in every way, food, customer service, wait time (about 20 mins), and when I told the employee behind the counter that I have been waiting long for my food the employee answered with an attitude "I know, he is making your food" and turned away. The only thing that tasted good were the drinks. I can't recommend any of the food served there. This was on a Sunday 02/18/23 at 5:14pm.

Very nice resteraunt. We stopped over the holidays. Only 1 staff member was working, so a little wait, but there was nothing wrong with the order and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and the food was hot and made correctly. It was a little wait, but the staff was doing everything, but he was friendly and polite.
