When I go into a doctor's office I would like my problems to be addressed, but all you hear is employees talking about, makeup, and relationships so on and so forth, when you make an appointment you can't talk about anything other then what you are there for, the front end is disrespectful and the Manger is snarky, if I could give this office no stars I would I highly do not recommend going to this office when there is many more primary care offices in this area, very unprofessional, Hippa laws are also broken, and personal information is spread around the office.

Writing for my wife... Patient Portal process is over complicated. They refuse to give you a bill and the emails they send are of no use except "Hey you have a bill. log into the portal." with no context. Program might be "better" for the business but it's more work for your patients. Stop being lazy and send a bill.
