I had a good first impression of this doctor, but after a couple of years I found that she was not up to date on the latest information about pregnancy related thyroid conditions. She was knowingly overmedicating me (claiming there would be no harm to my baby by doing this) despite my complaints of losing weight and only sleeping 3 hours a night. Aside from that, their billing department is a nightmare. They overcharged me on multiple occasions, and when I called for a refund they gave me a hard time stating that their records were a disaster.

I have some serious issues. I see PA, Michaela. She is so positive and listens well. She has helped me tremendously. I can't say enough about her attitude and care. I highly recommend.

Worst place to go. They drop you because you cancel an appointment. They don't do anything for you. It's a walk in how you doing need an updated script and bloodwork and then send you on your way. They don't help you or work with you at all.

The only care that you will get is how deep your pockets are. Cash grab doctor with no regard to care and being laid up in a hospital for months. Go somewhere else where you are cared for with passion not you pockets. Place is a joke

The new location has a great vibe and the staff are all genuinely happy to do what they do. They are all pleasant, responsive, and patient. Dr. Frachetti has always taken the time to answer my questions, even if I am challenging what I am being told because I want to understand the why behind things or get clarity on a study that related to my situation, etc. She is patient and polite. The new PA was also just a pleasure. The authenticity of their energy could be felt as soon as they walked into the room. This practice will continue to grow and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
