The CNC router in use for my woodworking business had a failing controller. After troubleshooting with the manufacturer and receiving a very expensive repair quote I looked for a local repair option. I received two recommendations for Control System Labs and stopped in the next business day.  I was back up and running that afternoon with a repair bill that was about one third of what I was quoted by the manufacturer. I was so relieved to be back running with such limited down time in my production.  Everyone I dealt with was clear, concise, and the process was very smooth. I'm very grateful to have this business in WNY filling such a special niche.  I hope I don't need to use their services often, but it's great to know they are there if I do.

I just want to say that the folks here at Control System Labs are awesome!! I was working up here in NY and came all the way from NC. I had a systems issue that I needed immediate attention. The Vice President interrupted his lunch just to help me out. That is customer service you just don't see anymore!!!
