        I called to ask a question and the automated voice told me to press 3 to connect to a store member , as soon as it connected the worker acted like I got connected to a McDonalds and hung up In my face. when I called back multiple times there was no answer.

        Customer service was awful. Was in there around noon today and the cashier was on her earbuds talking on phone the whole time swearing and complaining about what she had to do at work. I asked her to check the price of something and her response was I dont know the price another customer tried to ask her something but she was too busy on the phoneterrible customer service..do better with your hiring family dollar!!
