TLDR: Dr. Miller is not only the best doctor but one of the best professionals I have ever come across - thoroughly professional and empathetic with a positive vibe. I am no longer in touch with him as I moved from Buffalo but remain inspired and grateful :) Strongly recommend him and wish him all the best! Here's the long read - a rundown of my experience: I don't like going to Doctors. I think our body should take care of itself and doctors should be for very very critical situations only. Thus, thankfully, I visited Dr. Miller only as a formality to get a PCP for insurance purposes. It was not my first time visiting a doctor in the US. I have accompanied my family on several occasions and found doctors to be generally nice and caring. But my interaction with Dr. Miller was very different! His staff at Buffalo Medical Group was very nice. But he was simply amazing! Gave me proper time and attention to discuss in detail different things about my health - even though I told him that I am here just as formality. He still advised me of what I should be careful of and some do's and dont's. Encouraged me to observe stuff like diet etc, given my age and stage of life. Remained a very patient listener who is genuinely interested in his client's scenario however serious or otherwise it is. I visited him again after some routine bloodwork. On the second appointment, he seemed awfully busy but like before gave me full time and attention and discussed in detail all the possibilities of a test result that wasn't optimal. Found him to be very knowledgeable and considerate professional. After my second visit, I moved from Buffalo NY and unfortunately don't have him as my PCP. However, I owe this long testimonial to him for showing me what kindness and professionalism looks like. People like him make this world a better place! Thank you Dr. Miller!
