Go Anywhere but here, this place is beyond awful, abusive. neglectful, treat elderly with total disregard, nurses going through your bags and purse at night, money taken. Filthy dirty and breakfast comes in cardboard box, cold. Don't count on patient advocate helping either, she is beyond worthless.

Came in with an issue that they took very seriously and saw right away. Every single member of staff I encountered was incredible and professional. They eased my fears for my first MRI. Cant thank them enough for the wonderful care.

I recently was in Kenmore Mercy for surgery. From the time I checked in to pre-op to post-op, finally in my room the staff was awesome. They all took really great care of me. Best hospital ever for me.

Patient came presenting intense pain, even touching skin presented chronic severe pain. They refused admission of the patient. As it turns out, the patient had a staph infection in her knee and hip and was in the process of going septic. Thanks to the admission team at Kenmore Mercy justifying their refusal by labeling the patient as drug seeking, it took two days getting a different hospital to admit her. The patient was already septic upon admission at a different hospital, and was forced to stay in intensive care for over two months to recover properly. Kenmore Mercy is misrun, and because they didnt want to help someone that was difficult to manage so they make her seem like some crazy addict. Some hospital considering they tell everyone they are the best systemic infection treatment center in the state. DONT GO THERE!
