ECMC Dental - Grider Street

The Dentist, Nurse, and office people were very nice. tooth extraction took less than 5 minutes.

Have tried to reach them about 7 times in the past month. Always call at 8a.m. They will have you waiting for hours before someone finally answers to tell you to try again. You're better off trying to fix the problem yourself.

It doesn't make no sense that you have to hold on for 2 hours and get no results they need to hire more staff to answer their phones cuz there's no way they're that busy

I had dental surgery last year and I went back numerous times and every time I went back there was a different dentists and they lied lied lied they ruined my face permanently they ruined me permanently I am going to file a complaint against them and I hope they get a doo doo for what they did stay away from ECMC dental clinic they're no good no Stars. they don't answer the phone even when they tell you to call at 8am just to make an appt I was on hold for almost 2 hours just for them to tell me to call back at 8am Monday ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!
