Well probably not a lot more I could say then what my wife and son have already said. But I can tell you what the public defender said. He said my son was looking at 7 to 15 years behind bars and there wasn't much he could do. That being the case I guess it was time to pay for a real attorney. I'm not going to sit here and tell you that the public defenders do not earn their keep. I can tell you though that there certainly was not much effort put into looking at the particulars involving ours. Right from the get-go Dominic saw a potential problem and he worked it from there until it's conclusion. (And it was certainly a good one) So let's just say it didn't go our way. What could I say then? Well I could tell you that had that been the case, I still knew he tried much harder than the public defender did. Well glad to say that was not the case and everything went much better than I had anticipated and it was dismissed. This may sound a little cliche but there's a lot of truth in the saying "Sometimes you get what you pay for".This was probably the best return on my money I've ever had.
