Visits this store with my 13 yo granddaughter to enjoy a girl's day. She had a blast!. They were offering an Ulta beauty bay with makeup with a $19 purchase. The only complaint -she found 2 lip glosses at $10 but they were marked down to $6 a piece but no sign saying so. So she ended up purchasing 4 glosses just to get the beauty bag. If we had known she might've purchased something else instead of running back and forth from the register. That irritated me. The sales clerk should've been more knowledgeable about their Ulta products.

Skip the salon. I got better hair cuts at Super Cuts. Terribly over priced too.

I always go to the Ulta in Amherst. Everyone is so helpful. One-on-one makeovers, consultations, no issues with returns. They know their products. The Niagara Falls staff is very friendly but their product line is limited compared to Amherst.

I was at Ulta last night and I had the pleasure of meeting Cam. They were so helpful and nice!! I was clueless trying to find a foundation and they couldn't have been more helpful. They answered all my questions, helped me find foundation that I would be happy with instead of trying to sell me something that was overpriced, helped me color match with my skin, and even came back over to me to show me how the eyeliner they suggested won't rub off. I was extremely happy when I left and would recommend going to see Cam if you ever need help with cosmetics.
