waited long time in line only 2 people ahead. 1 cashier. at least 2 other girls standing around the store. more people were behind me.

My experience at the Walden Galleria was very disappointing I went there because I thought it was going to get some assistance and there was absolutely none offered when I asked for assistance the staff member pointed across the room to the table inside youll find the stuff over there I was in and out of the dressing room at least four or five times trying to find the right size and fit no one ever offered to help the staff was too busy having personal conversations having a good time in the store I was one of two customers in there it was not busy I will be very hard pressed to return to that store

Terrible customer service, shopping around the mall and went to walk in with my mom around 7:45-7:50, the lady up front very rudely told us that the store was closed because it was 8, which is was not.
