    I don't normally write reviews (and this one is a little late) but I wanted to share my experience with the extraordinary customer service I received. I was a Last Minute Annie and went in days before Christmas to place my order. I brought in the garments I wanted done (very close to closing time no less) and explained the matching daddy - daughter shirts I wanted for my son and 4 month old granddaughter. She was pleasant, showed me the design she had, and the whole interaction took minutes at best. Fast forward to a few days after Christmas. Before wearing, my son washed the his shirt (inside out, on cold and line dried it) and the designed washed out. There was no color left. It was basically a white blob on the front of his shirt. I emailed the store, included pictures and asked if there was anything they could do. They responded promptly, apologized, asked me to bring the items in and we reviewed them together. I explained that my son was afraid of ruining his daughter's onesie so he didn't wash it after he saw what happened to his shirt. They asked if they could have both items and keep them a while for testing. They explained they would replace the items I brought in, redo them and run some tests. They redid the t-shirt, washed both the shirt and the onesie repeatedly on different temperature settings and put them in the dryer before calling me to tell me they were ready for pickup. As if that wasn't enough, they went a step further to ensure this didn't happen to anyone else and made a "test" shirt with a bunch of different decals/artwork all over it. They put this "test" shirt through all the same tests. While they could not explain why this happened to our shirt in the first place, they went above and beyond to ensure this customer's satisfaction! I highly recommend Pasteurized Tees to anyone who will listen! #SupportSmallBusiness

    I get myself a couple new blue sweatshirts every year. With the help of the staff the help me pick the colors and give me ideas. I always get at least two decals. One on the front hand one on the back. The employees always help me To pick colors and make me so happy every year! Here is last years! On my way to get another one now!!! New designs.

    The staff are amazaly Pleasant to work with. From the first email to the 10th one ,they responded right away and were very acknowledge. In store personnel were very patient and helpful in picking out the right type of shirts for our company. The prices are fair not overly priced. Picked up shirts yesterday and are very pleased they look great. Love to support local business would highly recommend. ASG Home Improvement

We wanted to make sure your order was exactly how you envisioned since it was a very complex graphic. We sent photos to your email of the first few shirts we screen printed to make sure you would be happy with the look. We stopped production and had the shop pause to wait your response. You had us change colors (so we cleaned all the screens off and mixed all new colors for your design) and then added two more screens to enhance the shadow (there were no additional charges for all of these changes). You would have normally been charged for 2 more screens ($50) and 5 custom mixed colors ($50) Your order was 24 t-shirts. 4 were “misprinted” because of your changes and we fully refunded you for those four t-shirts. We then offered to DTG print those four but you declined. We were informative, polite and upfront. If all of that is “bad service” “bad communication” and “unfriendly service” then I wish your next printer all the best of luck.
