STAY AWAY, far away. Unless you like clowns. Extraordinarily unprofessional. I could share so much more. But I've already wasted too much time. Such a shame this business is under the CPA's name, because my first meeting was going well with him until some kid (presumably next in line family) sleuthed in sipping coffee and absolutely destroyed any hopes of keeping a review like mine off-line. But here it is. Running a business or not, you NEVER treat people that way. The loser who walks in literally interrupted us before I even got to any numbers, all of which are well in the black as I've been in business for nearly a decade. I hardly got into sharing what type of business I run before the kid in the sabres jersey rendered a baseless pre-judgment and blurted out nearly the same thing referenced in most of these other one-star reviews. Absolute lunacy. There are plenty of other approaches; Hint: most involve listening first. I was just scouting out a local option; so sad it ended like this. Sad for him that he has such dolts ruining his name/reputation. Send in the clowns I guess... what a way to go out.

Very unprofessional, this is my second year in business so doing my taxes really stresses me out because I dont know what Im doing when it comes to this thats usually why you go to a tax professional for help but that is not what you will get here. After being here for 5 minutes I was told to go back in the lobby to figure out what Im doing because theyre too busy for me, even though I made an appointment. What am I paying for then? Dont recommend.

Been a customer for years they made a mistake last year and I still made an appointment and they cancelled last minute saying they are too busy after first saying they need to give me an extension then telling me I still have an appointment tomorrow then calling again to tell me to find someone else because the 20 minutes it takes them wasn't possible. Poor customer service do not recommend this business for anyone.
