        My husband and I lived in The Planing Mill in a one bedroom patio unit for over 6 years. We LOVED our unit and access to our private patio. We did witness many changes in staffing over the years at the building resulting in a change in standards & service, but all in all, we had a overall positive experience. The location felt safe for us and we enjoyed being a quick walk to the restaurants on Ellicott Street and so close to jump on the 33 & 190 - super convenient location.

        I was scheduled to see The Planing Mill today at 9 and nobody showed up. I drove over seven hours to see this home. They could have at least had the courtesy to call and say they couldnt make it or answer any of my five phone calls.
