        Bruggers was a bagel shop I grew up with in the Albany area. Friends worked there, fond memories. This is corporate bruggers, and poorly run. Many workers, a bottleneck at the register makes a quiet Sunday morning an unnecessarily long wait. People leaving and workers standing around doing nothing. If this continues the doors will soon be closed.

        Just Waited in line 25 minutes, I know theyre just getting started, but it was a mess. Ended up leaving with half my order not packed in the bag, which I didnt realize until I got home. No phone number listed yet to call. Hungry and frustrated!
